Customer Service:
CTP's Hong Kong sales team consists of members with expertise in a wide range of products. To enable our customers to compete in the global market, the Hong Kong sales team, with its supporting customer service team in Shenzhen, provides up-to-date information upon request with minimal regional time differences to ensure that high quality and efficient production is achieved. The Shenzhen customer service team monitor closely production progress and is able to report up-to-date order status to customers at any time by email. The Hong Kong sales team will respond to customers' request for quotation within 48 hours.

Pre-press:
We use Computer-to-Plate ("CtP") systems from CREO, the leading CtP manufacturer in the world. Our software includes Creo Prinergy System 3.0, a mature and stable workflow system; Adobe Creative Suite 4 and QuarkXPress 8.02. Our arsenal enables us to work with any design house. Creo will provide us the latest technological development and market trend allowing us to keep pace with the technology. We provide a free FTP server for our customers to upload and download digital files via their Mac or PC.
To facilitate colour management from proof to press, we made three ICC (International Colour Consortium) profiles (glossy art paper, matte art paper and wood free paper) with our standard materials and presses. Our customers are welcome to apply our profiles to their data files to simulate our print output. Customers may use our profiles to output digital proof or let us output the digital proof with our profiles.
To complete the provision of one-stop service, we are creating a team and installing equipment to undertake graphic reproduction tasks. Our customers who require graphic reproduction support or services are invited to contact our CT Repro team ("CTR") for assistance. To complement our team, we formed a partnership with an excellent repro house in Central Europe. Both of us are well equipped to serve the repro needs of our customers.
Printing:
We make continuous and extensive investment in upgrading and purchasing the latest equipment for our factories. Our presses are capable of fulfilling the production needs of not just books but also packaging products requiring special varnish or UV ink. By investing in the best and technologically most advanced equipment, we can ensure that our products and services are at the leading edge within the industry.
Binding:
We have a comprehensive range of binding equipment for books and finishing for various special effects to fulfill different needs of our customers.
Production of Non-Book products:
We will expand our business of packaging cartons and boxes. We are manufacturing cigarette boxes, gift boxes, greeting cards, party goods and art sets. We will develop with our machine suppliers new equipment tailored for automation of production process of these products.
Warehouse:
Our warehouse management system is well developed. We are able to store special customer supplied materials in secured storage area for strict intellectual property protection.
